To support our civil engineering activities we operate a hard rock quarry and SEPA licensed inert disposal site adjacent to the Scatsta Airport at Sullom Voe. From there we can supply a wide range of aggregates and structural fills as well as carrying out inert recycling and disposal. Our land improvment has capacity for up to 200,000m3 of soil, stone and peat.
All of our crushing and screening plant is mobile allowing us to process material on sites as well.
In 2015 we installed a new concrete batching plant to supply the local market and construction projects. In 2016 we acheived BSI accrediation for our ready mixed concrete and are currently the only supplier in Shetland with third party accreditation.
