EMN Plant Ltd were delighted to be able to support Cancer Research UK: Relay for Life Shetland this year by way of sponsorship of the Survivors' Reception following the survivors' lap of honour on Saturday 25th May 2024. More than 125 survivors took part in the opening lap of the event before they attended the reception. Ellis and some of his family went along on the day and enjoyed spending some time speaking with the survivors and organisers at the reception. There were a total of 32 teams, made up of over 600 participants, that had registered to take part in the relay and a total raised of £174,868 was announced at the end of the event. However, with fundraising set to continue until the end of August there is an expectation that the total could reach over £200,000. EMN Plant Ltd are very proud to have played a part in raising such an amazing total.
