Roadbridge is a well known earthworks contractor from Ireland. Roadbridge were contracted by Total to construct access roads to the Shetland Gas Plant site. This involved clearing the site of peat, constucting peat stores and creating platforms, amongst many other tasks.
EMN Plant provided plant hire services, on both a self-drive and operated basis, supplying small diggers, tractors, pumps and other items. Additionaly, EMN Plant also provided engineering services.
For this contract, EMN Plant's location, less than a mile from the site, was a major advantage in supporting our client.
